Below are some of the frequently asked questions by new and existing residents. Please contact us for more information, to schedule a showing, or if you have other questions about life at Rock Ridge Apartments in Flagstaff, Arizona. 

  • What are the lease terms?

    We offer 9-12 month lease terms based on availability.

  • What is the pet policy?

    There are no weight restrictions; however, we do not allow aggressive dog breeds. There is a maximum of two per apartment. Pet deposit is $500 or ask about our pet deposit alternative.

  • How do I apply?

    For your convenience you can apply on-line. Application fees are $45.00 per person or $60 for a married couple.  A $200 administrative fee will also be required to begin the application process.

  • What are your security deposits?

    Our security deposit is $500 on approved credit (OAC). Contact us to find out about our Security Deposit Alternative, OAC.  

  • How long will it take to process?

    Once you have paid your application and administrative fee and completed the application we can generally complete the process within 48 to 72 hours

  • Do you take co-signers?

    Yes. There is an additional application fee of $45 for co-signers.

  • What are the office hours?

    M-F: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
    Sat: 9:00 AM - 4:00 PM
    Sun: Closed

  • When is rent due/late?

    Rent is due on the first of the every month. There is a grace period until the 3rd of the month. Late fees begin on the 4th.

  • Do you have reserved parking?

    There is no reserved parking. You will find ample parking throughout the community. 

  • How big are the rooms in each apartment?

    Our one bedroom has 13X10 ft bedroom, 12x12 ft living room and 8x7 ft dining room.  The two bedroom has a 11'6x9'6 ft bedroom, a 11x11 ft bedroom, 12x12 ft living room and 9x8 ft dining room.  Both plans come with plenty of storage closets and an exterior storage space on the balcony.
